Tariff: Bed and Breakfast

£35.00 per person for the first night.

£30.00 per person for the following nights

Please note: We do not normally accept advance bookings for stays of less than three nights in July and August and Bank Holiday Weekends; nor one night bookings for Saturdays from Easter to October

Terms and Conditions
We would be grateful if guests could check in between 5pm and 7pm. Please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or later than this. Unless specifically agreed, a reservation which is not taken up by 8pm on the first evening booked, will be considered to have been cancelled.
We reserve the right to make a charge for accommodation cancelled at less than two weeks' notice, if we are not able to re-let it.
We recommend that guests take out cancellation insurance; details on request.
Children:We are sorry to say that we do not normally accept children under the age of twelve.
Dogs:We cannot allow guests' dogs into the house; but if you have a dog which is happy to sleep in your car, it will be quite safe in the farmyard and visible from your bedroom window.
We ask guests to refrain from smoking in our home.
