Tariff: Bed and Breakfast
(based on twin/double occupancy)
April 2011 to end March 2012

£35.00 per person per night (assuming double/twin occupancy).

One-night bookings, if accepted, will attract a surcharge of £5.

Bookings of seven or more nights will qualify for a discount of 10%

Please note: we will normally only consider advance bookings for one-night stays in the winter months; and in July and August our minimum stay is three nights (unless we have a shorter gap between bookings).

Terms and Conditions

• We would be grateful if guests could check in between 5pm and 7pm. Please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or later than this.
  Unless specifically agreed, a reservation which is not taken up by 8pm on the first evening booked, will be considered to have been cancelled.
  
• We reserve the right to make a charge for accommodation cancelled at less than two weeks' notice, if we are not able to re-let it.
  
• We recommend that guests take out cancellation insurance; details on request.
  
• Children:We are sorry to say that we do not normally accept children under the age of twelve.
  
• Dogs:We cannot allow guests' dogs into the house; but if you have a dog which is happy to sleep in your car,
  it will be quite safe in the farmyard and visible from your bedroom window.
  
• Smoking is not permitted in our home.
